Information + Terms

ORDERING:

There is a minimum quantity of 6 per kit style for wholesale orders.

How to place order: Please complete the order form and email it to Louise info@little-allotment.co.uk

Please complete the date or estimated delivery due by date in order for us to process your order and out for delivery by the date you wish to received the order by. We do like to ensure there is enough time required when placing the order. 

Orders are processed within 3 days.

INVOICING:

When placing an order an Invoice will be issued prior to dispatch, and is payable upon receipt.

DELIVERY/COURIER SERVICE:

Wholesale orders are dispatched using a Courier service to enable us to get the best price and options for you. A separate courier invoice will be issued separately once the courier service you require is selected. An email will be sent once the order has been processed to allow you to choose which Courier service is your preference.

CUSTOM ORDERING:

Upon occasion we may be able to custom create an order for you. Please email us to discuss and we will endeavour to work with you. 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

We do not accept returns unless the item has been damaged or is faulty. 7 days is required to notify us of a return request.

Exchanges: We are able to exchange the item if it is received back in its original packaging and unopened within 7 days. If any item is damaged upon receipt please notify us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange.

ONLINE POLICY:

Please advise us when ordering where the products will be listed for sale both online and instores UK only.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS & COPYRIGHT:

We are happy to supply professional images of the kits to use for marketing purposes, listings and social media. Please note these images belong to The Little Allotment Company.
